Access on public road
The Pécs Hospital of the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God is located in the centre of the city, in a no-drive zone, and therefore it is not directly accessible by car.
In Pécs, the parking of cars in public areas is subject to the payment of a time-based fee depending on the parking zone, with the exception of Sundays, when parking is free of charge. Access on public road
From the direction of Szentlőrinc-Cserkút, drive along Main Road 6 to Árkád Shopping Centre, then turn to the left, and drive further on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road.
From the direction of Alsómiholjác-(Siklós)-Harkány-Bosta, drive along Main Road 58 until Main Road 6, turn to the left in the direction of Szentlőrinc-Barcs, then turn right at Árkád Shopping Centre, and drive further on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road.
From the direction of Budapest, leave Motorway M6-M60 for Main Road 58, drive until Main Road 6, turn left in the direction of Szentlőrinc-Barcs, then to the right at Árkád Shopping Centre, and drive further on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road.
From the direction of Szekszárd-Bonyhád-Mecseknádasd, drive along Main Road 6, turn to the right at Árkád Shopping Centre, and drive further on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road.
Find a parking place for your car on or in the vicinity of Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road or in one of the deep garages referred to before. At the end of Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road, walk on in Irgalmasok Street, where you can reach the hospital, the church and the monastery within a walking distance of 1000 m.
